Email Elgibility Notification

 

 

 

After you receive your NOA2 you should soon afterward receive an email, eligibility notification from USEM which will look like this (see below). This is the "packet 3" that never comes which is now being emailed. Note: The email states that you can call to make an interview appointment but we suggest that you go online and make your appointment. The email will arrive approximately two to three weeks after your NOA2 and upon arrival at USEM. As we have said before, there is no reason to wait for this or any other notification after the releasing of the NOA2 to begin processing in the Philippines.

Your case is eligible to be scheduled for a visa interview. You must pay the K visa application fee before you can schedule a visa appointment.

 

To schedule a visa interview appointment, please visit this website, or call the Visa Information and Appointment Service at ‪(632) 976-8500‬ to 02. Callers in the USA may contact the Appointment Service at ‪(703) 520-2235(703) 520-2235‬.  The Call Center is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Manila time), except on U.S. and Philippine holidays. You must have the case number, passport number, and passport expiry date for each applicant (principal applicant and derivative family members) ready when requesting a visa appointment.

 

If you are unable to keep your visa appointment date, please visit the same website or call the Visa Information and Appointment Service to reschedule your visa appointment. 

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

 

Please read and follow all application and interview preparation instructions for fiancé(e) K1/K3 visa applicants located on the Embassy's website. The instructions contained at the website will inform you of the required documentation and procedures to follow prior to the interview date. All K1/K3 applicants are required to complete form DS-160 and print the confirmation page to be presented at the time of interview. Any K applicant without completed application forms who appears for an interview will be referred to nearby internet cafés to complete the application forms.  Applicants who can complete the forms and return to the Embassy by 10:00 am will still be interviewed on the same day.  Applicants who cannot or choose not to return to the Embassy with the completed forms by 10:00 am will be advised to reschedule the interview by visiting the online appointment website or by calling the Call Center at ‪(632) 976-8500‬ to 02.
